Licensed Mental Health Clinician Corrections

Centurion Health

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Mental Health Professional at Columbia Correctional Institution in Lake City, FL. The role provides mental health case management and works with a multidisciplinary team to deliver intake, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and individual/group therapy.

Fully licensed LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred; license-eligible considered. TB documentation and CPR certification required; background check and security clearance may be necessary.
