DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Content & Marketing Operations Lead in Boca Raton, FL.Overview:The Lead, Content and Marketing Operations serves as the operational hub for the Brand Experience organization, translating business priorities into fully executable marketing plans across digital and retail channels.This individual is responsible for leading integrated marketing planning, campaign operations, content execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.Working closely with Product, E-Commerce, CRM, Creative, Retail, Marketplace, and agency partners, this role connects strategic planning with flawless execution to improve organizational efficiency and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:* Integrated Marketing Planning: Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar across campaigns, product launches, e-commerce initiatives, CRM, social media, influencer marketing, retail programs, and marketplace initiatives* Content Operations: Develop and manage the integrated content calendar, ensuring content priorities align with business goals and customer engagement strategies* Campaign Management: Translate business priorities into actionable campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and execution frameworks; Oversee campaign execution from initial briefing through launch, ensuring milestones, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholders remain aligned* Marketing Operations Leadership: Serve as the operational lead for marketing execution by identifying risks, removing bottlenecks, improving workflows, and driving process improvements across teams* Agency & Partner Coordination: Manage day-to-day relationships with creative agencies, content partners, influencer teams, and external vendors, including briefing, timeline management, feedback, and deliverable trackingRequirements* Marketing Operations Experience: 5-8 years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, campaign management, content operations, project management, or related disciplines* Multi-Channel Marketing: Experience managing integrated marketing calendars and executing campaigns across digital, e-commerce, retail, CRM, social media, influencer, and marketplace channels* Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business priorities into executable plans that deliver measurable results* AI & Marketing Technology: Experience utilizing AI tools and modern marketing technologies to streamline workflows, improve planning, and enhance operational efficiency\* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across marketing, product, creative, e-commerce, retail, and agency teams* Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing marketing team members is preferredJob TypeContractCompensation100 - $100
