$17.00 per hour and up (based on education and experience) Full-time, 11am-7pm, Monday-Friday. Requires at least 5 full days during first shift to complete the required training. The care and support include activities of daily living, productive activities, and leisure activities. The DSP will provide active treatment, safety, and supervision to all residents of Sycamore Run while promoting inclusion in the community. The DSP will facilitate the resident's independence, and choice in both their home and the community. Please note that Cedar Lake Lodge, Park Place, and Sycamore Run are Intermediate Care Facilities, placing us under the “CMS Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Rule.” Under this rule, employees must be vaccinated or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to employment.
