Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; prior convention/event and catering sales experience preferred. Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events, plus professional selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing) desired. Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required. Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively.
