Description As a freelance sales associate you provide makeup application, skincare advice, hair or fragrance consultations and offer a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure that the store achieves high standards of visual merchandising that set it apart from competitors. While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, but we are equally open to those who wish to develop their skills in these areas. Qualifications Retail experience is preferred; however we welcome applicants with amateur‑level experience who can demonstrate high creative and technical expertise. All applicants must provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service. Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software. Applicants must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview. Pay Range $21.60 to $32.40 per hour. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, education and budget. Hourly range may vary by geographic location. In addition to hourly pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education and budget. Salary range may vary based on geography.
