This is a true in-home sales role, commission only. Bonus commission is available for expanding your personal network, generating referrals, and sourcing your own leads.

If you’ve sold windows, solar, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, home improvement, or other in-home services , this role will feel very familiar—with a more enjoyable product and happy customers. It’s also a great opportunity to supplement your existing income.

Art of Drawers is hiring confident , consultative kitchen sales consultants who know how to build rapport , uncover needs, present value, and ask for the sale in the home . You’ll meet with homeowners who have already requested our services, guide them through custom organizational solutions for their kitchen, and close deals face-to-face.

Art of Drawers designs and installs custom glide-out drawer systems and cabinet refacing solutions that make kitchens more functional and frustration-free. Our clients want our product—and love the results. We’re growing fast in the Tampa Bay area and looking for sales professionals who want to build strong income while genuinely helping homeowners.

Our sales consultants are the lifeblood of the company. They help clients turn frustration with their living spaces into enjoyment of their homes by focusing on the problems that matter most to them.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete your Designer Certification (we provide the training program)

• Run scheduled in-home sales appointments (~90 minutes)

• Conduct pre-appointment intro calls to build rapport and set expectations

• Diagnose homeowner problems and present customized solutions

• Close sales in the home and collect deposits

• Follow up on open opportunities and pending decisions

• Accurately submit orders, designs, photos, and notes into our system

• Communicate proactively with ownership and installation teams

• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven in-home sales experience (highly preferred)

• Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and closing face-to-face

• Competitive , self-motivated, and results-driven

• Strong communication and people skills

• Organized, reliable, and tech-comfortable

• Motivated by commission-based income and performance pay

Compensation & Schedule

• Commission-based pay + bonuses

• Warm, company-generated leads provided

• Additional earning potential through self-generated sales

• Flexible schedule (part-time, with full-time potential if desired)

• Uncapped earning potential

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:

• Are looking for hourly or guaranteed pay

• Prefer a non-sales or purely creative role

• Are uncomfortable asking for the sale or discussing price

Compensation: Commission only, with estimated earnings equivalent to $50–$80 per hour; earnings vary based on sales performance.
