We’re expanding and looking for our next Sales & Design Superstar, someone driven to succeed, inspired by beautiful spaces, and passionate about connecting with homeowners.

Position Details

• Job Title: Sales & Design Consultant
• Location: Des Moines Area – In-Person Sales
• Compensation: Commission-Based | OTE: $100,000–$200,000+
• Employment Type: Full-Time | W2
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Some evenings/weekends required)

Responsibilities

· Design & Consult: Visit homeowners in pre-scheduled appointments to design dream bathrooms.

· Sell with Purpose: Guide customers through the selection process and close deals.

· Measure & Prepare: Accurately measure bathrooms and build detailed project folders.

· Sharpen Your Skills: Attend regular training to continuously improve.

· Be Our Brand: Represent Re-Bath at events, trade shows, and lead-generation activities.

Qualifications

· Winning, can-do attitude and passion for helping people.

· Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

· Creative eye for design, color, and spatial planning.

· Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

· Bonus: 2+ years of in-home or high-ticket sales experience.

Requirements

· Must be 21+ years old.

· Clean driving record and dependable personal vehicle.

· Comfortable working in customers’ homes.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required.
