We are hiring a Material Handler in Mundelein, IL to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Mundelein, IL Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Responsibilities: Package and wrap finished goods according to customer specifications Issue and receive raw materials and sub-assembly materials to and from the production floor Supply rollstock and pallets to production as needed Assemble, monitor, and weigh production-generated scrap containers Operate forklifts safely and maintain forklift certification requirements Deliver and return material substrates to production equipment to meet scheduling demands Unload incoming plant supplies Support production and scheduling activities to meet customer and plant requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Preferred Qualifications: Previous material handling and forklift experience preferred Good computer skills Strong mechanical aptitude Excellent attendance and safety record Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to operate heavy machinery continuously Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts for extended periods Frequent bending, twisting, turning, and lifting Must remain alert and safety-focused while performing duties Contact Information Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today.
