Exciting Opportunity: Property Manager - Class A Luxury Lease-Up Location: Santa Monica, CA .Your Responsibilities as a Leade r:Oversee all day-to-day operations of the property through lease-up and stabilization, including office, leasing, maintenance, and concierge function s.Create, manage, and present budgets, monthly asset reports, and variance reports directly to Asset Managemen t.Hire, train, and develop the on-site team across leasing, maintenance, and concierge, building a best-in-class service culture from the ground u p.Partner with revenue management and leasing leadership on pricing strategy, target markets, and lease-up velocit y.Own resident relations and the full resident experience, ensuring five-star hospitality standards and brand presentation at all time s.Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing regulations and federal, state, and local requirements at the site leve l.The Skills and Experience you Posse ss:Strong lease-up experience with Class A luxury properties requir ed.Proven experience creating, managing, and presenting budgets, financial reports, and variance reports to Asset Manageme nt.Demonstrated success leading leasing, maintenance, and concierge tea ms.Owner-operator background strongly preferred; exceptional candidates from third-party management will be considered depending on company pedigree and experien ce.Strong financial acumen, market knowledge, and a hands-on, service-first leadership sty le.Perks and Benefits You'll Rece ive:$150,000 base sa lary25% discretionary bonus, paid annu #J-18808-Ljbffr Cory Executive Recruiting
