About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic, remote-only, and global team. The CFO will be responsible for transforming the finance function into a key driver of growth, with a focus on capital and growth, the financial future of the company, and building a world-class finance organization. This role demands a leader who can make strategic financial decisions, scale operations with discipline, and build lasting value for the team and investors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading finance through significant growth, deep international and multi-entity experience, and a strong background in cross-border tax and compliance. A recognized accounting qualification and expertise in FP&A and modeling are essential. The successful CFO will be the financial principal of the company, engaging with external stakeholders such as investors, partners, banks, and auditors. They will also be expected to have a proactive communication style, high ownership, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience in SaaS-enabled marketplaces, particularly in forecasting both transactional and recurring revenue, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate who is adept at building and leading a finance function, with a focus on operational excellence and earning trust across the organization.
