Position Summary

The Line Cook is proficient across multiple stations and is relied upon to maintain consistent quality and pace during service. This role plays a key part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly during high-volume periods.

Prepare food across multiple outlets and departments, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met for every service.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment where multiple outlets and service periods run simultaneously. The ability to stay organized, move efficiently under pressure, and maintain consistency during peak rushes is essential.

• Operate two or more kitchen stations with consistency and speed

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to specification and presentation standards

• Monitor food quality, temperature, and freshness throughout service

• Communicate with the kitchen team to maintain proper pacing and ticket times

• Train and support newer cooks on station setup and procedures

• Maintain inventory awareness and flag low stock or quality concerns

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures

• Support other outlets or departments as business needs require

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience

• Demonstrated ability to work multiple stations under pressure

• Experience with a variety of cultural cuisines is a plus

• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working near heat sources, sharp tools, and in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
