Senior Accounting ManagerLocation: Montvale, NJDuration: Full TimeSchedule: Hybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite – with Friday being a remote day for all employeesRequirements:Must have a CPAHave fixed asset inventory experienceHave experience in cost accounting for both book and taxHave managed a teamJob Responsibilities:Coordinates, administers, and controls the agency's accounting operationsAssists in processing invoices for payment, cash receipts, credit card reconciliationsReviews and posts accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and journal vouchersManages relationships and accounting for fiscally sponsored entitiesManages monthly general ledger activity and closeAnalyzes/reconciles balance sheet and key P&L accounts periodicallyPrepares and analyzes financial statements and reports on variances on a monthly basisDevelops and implements internal controls, and policies and proceduresManages grants accounting; prepares periodic financial reports to fundersEnsures accurate and timely dissemination of financial information; provides financial reports and analysis to programs and operations staff as requestedAdministers employee health benefits, 403b and business insuranceManages tax and regulatory filings
