Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers an opportunity for experienced pharmacists to provide critical support in a small hospital setting. As a Relief Hospital Pharmacist, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications, supporting inpatient pharmacy operations, and collaborating with healthcare teams during temporary coverage periods.

Location:

• Grantsburg, WI

Assignment Details:

• Temporary/PRN coverage
• Coverage dates include July 31; August 12–17; August 26–31
• Schedule/hours to be confirmed by the client

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions and medication orders for accuracy
• Review physician orders to ensure appropriateness
• Respond promptly to medication-related inquiries from nurses and physicians
• Support daily pharmacy operations focused on inpatient care
• Ensure all medications are dispensed safely according to protocols

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
• Previous experience in inpatient hospital or critical care pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a smaller hospital environment
