Principal Content Strategist

Leading the development of innovative learning content, the full-time Principal Content Strategist will define curriculum strategies, manage video-based learning initiatives, and architect AI-enabled content operations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the complete curriculum approach for Student Learning programs, ensuring pedagogical rigor and consistency Drive the development of video-based learning by crafting scripts and providing expert-level feedback on production quality Identify and implement workflows that enhance content operations using advanced technology while maintaining quality standards Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in instructional build and curriculum development at a senior level Extensive hands-on experience in leading video-based learning production and storytelling Proven ability to develop and manage content standards and curriculum frameworks across teams Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop Demonstrated skill in guiding subject matter experts and external contributors effectively
