We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, particularly with seniors and individuals with disabilities, and possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices. You will be working with the medicaid waiver program of the company. We work with the elderly and disabled to help provide them with the care that typically is very expensive, to allow them to be home with their families. We are aiming to make a difference in our community in attempting to keep loved ones out of facilities and in familiar surroundings with family to help them continue to thrive.
