Client Relations / Customer Service Representative (BDC) Full-Time | Growth Opportunity

About the Role Support multiple dealership locations in our centralized Business Development Center (BDC). You'll handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and texts, schedule sales & service appointments, follow up with prospects, and help drive showroom traffic.
No automotive experience required training provided. Ideal for candidates with customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or sales support backgrounds.
Schedule
- Full-time, 5-day work week
- One weekend day required
- One weekday evening shift (12 PM 8 PM)
- One weekday off
Compensation
- $45,000$80,000+ (salary + commission/bonuses)
