You will be the primary point of contact for small, mid-size, and enterprise accounts—handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term relationships. This role focuses on first-contact resolution, account support, and delivering a professional client experience across phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Respond to business customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat efficiently and courteously
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with sales and other internal departments to meet customer needs
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Identify opportunities to upsell or provide additional services to business clients
• Provide clear and accurate product or service information to customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service, client support
