The Bilingual Customer Service Representative plays a key role in providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and managing orders and complaints. The role requires clear bilingual communication and collaboration within a small team to ensure customer satisfaction without the need for travel.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Communicate bilingually to assist diverse customer base
• Process orders and manage related documentation
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support customer needs
• Collect and document customer feedback accurately
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in bilingual communication
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Effective problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Good time management and multitasking capabilities
