What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships with follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
• Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support on insurance products, policy changes, claims, and billing questions
• Educate customers using a needs-based approach to help them understand their insurance options
• Communicate clearly to address customer needs and support agency growth
• Offer additional products and services to exciting customer.
• Work closely with team members for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to diverse customers
• Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively

• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Property & Casualty (must have or be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
