We’re hiring a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead crews on active job sites. If you’ve been a Lead Electrician, Foreman, or Senior Electrician and want to run work, this is your next step.

You’ll be in charge of production, safety, and crew performance on commercial construction projects.

• Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices on commercial job sites

• Read blueprints, electrical drawings, and project specs

• Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule

• Install electrical systems (conduit, wiring, panels, devices)

• Enforce OSHA safety standards and job site safety practices

• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents

• Troubleshoot issues in the field and keep work moving

• 2–5 years of commercial electrical experience

• Experience as a Foreman, Lead Electrician, or Crew Lead preferred

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems

• Understanding of OSHA regulations and job site safety

• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly

• Experience running large commercial projects

• Experience mentoring apprentices

• Strong layout and planning skills
