We are a fast growing and award winning Allstate agency with an immediate opening for a sales producer!
We are seeking an energetic and competitive sales person with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. If you have a knack for sales anda drive to succeed, the Broussard Agency wants YOU .
Responsibilities
Key Position Responsibilities:
Being consistently reliable, performs at a high level everyday
Developing positive work relationships with team members to keep team on track
Following all Allstate, Broussard Agency, and legal guidelines in the practice of insurance sales
Quoting and Binding of PC business
Obtaining a level of activity consistent with your goals
Obtaining referrals for agency growth and your growth
Consistent training in and out of the office
Providing a high degree of customer service excellence at all times
Identifying opportunity and pivoting to additional products
Working with and through existing Team Members to accomplish sales goals
Participating in Team Events and Meetings
Requirements
Property Casualty Licensed
