Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a construction company in Mesa that is seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual Receptionist to join their team! This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers while providing general administrative support to the office.
The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Greet visitors, clients, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and general office organization.
• Provide administrative support to the construction and office teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment.

Compensation & Schedule

• $23.00 per hour.
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM.
