Sales Executive

Our client is a well-established and growing provider of commercial overhead doors, dock equipment, automated gates, access control, and integrated security solutions. The organization is expanding its commercial sales team and is seeking motivated business development professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries and warm leads.

Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.

Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable business.

Perform site visits and assist in developing scopes of work.

Partner with estimating, project management, and operations teams.

Prospect for new business and build a healthy sales pipeline.

Respond to RFPs/ITBs and cultivate relationships with decision-makers.

Maintain CRM records and sales activity.

Deliver product presentations and demonstrations.

Qualifications

3+ years of B2B sales experience within commercial construction, electronic security, low voltage, or related industries.

Demonstrated success developing new business and closing sales.

Construction knowledge with the ability to qualify scopes of work.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Construction CRM/ERP experience is a plus.
