Part-Time / Seasonal Hospitality Support

Job Description:

Benessere Vineyards is looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our small hospitality team for the upcoming season.
Located in St. Helena, Benessere is a boutique estate winery specializing in Italian varietals grown in Napa Valley. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, appreciates wine, and wants to be part of a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:
•  Welcoming guests and assisting with seated wine tastings
•  Sharing the Benessere story and introducing guests to our wines
•  Supporting tasting room setup, cleanup, and daily operations
•  Assisting with wine sales, order preparation, and restocking
•  Washing and polishing glassware
•  Helping with winery events and larger groups as needed
•  Creating a warm, memorable experience for every guest

What we’re looking for:
•  Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with guests
•  Dependable and willing to help wherever needed
•  Able to work independently and as part of a small team
•  Available weekends and holidays
•  Prior hospitality, restaurant, retail, or winery experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person
•  Must be at least 21 years old
•  Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Schedule
This is a part-time, seasonal position running through Harvest with an expected schedule of 3–4 days per week. There may be an opportunity for the position to continue beyond the season based on visitation levels, business needs, and job performance, with the potential to grow into a Wine Educator role for the right candidate.

Compensation
$20–$21 per hour, plus 10% of tips and wine discounts.
