WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A MANAGER

As a Manager at our restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to directly supervise and support our team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and buspersons in providing top-notch table service that aligns with our restaurant's service standards and specifications. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the restaurant/bar area and equipment, enforcing company standards and procedures, and scheduling and staffing based on business needs. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and maintaining a cohesive team.

ARE YOU THE MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful as a Manager at our restaurant, there are several key skills and qualifications that you should possess. You should have excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity and be able to make sound and logical decisions quickly, demonstrating good judgment even in challenging situations. Remaining calm under pressure is crucial, as the restaurant industry can be fast-paced and demanding. Basic computer skills are also necessary for this role, as you will be required to utilize software or tools for various tasks.
