We are seeking a sophisticated, standards-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. In this role, you will champion the refined guest experience that defines our brand. You must possess a deep passion for elevated Italian cuisine, strong wine and beverage fluency to complement our massive inventory, and an invisible-touch approach to luxury hospitality.

Core Responsibilities

Floor Excellence: Oversee nightly service flow across the main dining room, bar, and patio to ensure flawlessly executed steps of service.
Wine & Beverage Support: Collaborate with the beverage team to manage, cellar, and seamlessly present our extensive, award-winning vintage wine list.
Staff Mentorship: Recruit, train, and inspire a highly skilled service team, instilling a deep knowledge of our upscale Italian menu and pairing techniques.
VVIP Concierge: Recognize and cater to local vintners, industry professionals, and global travelers, gracefully handling reservations and custom requests via OpenTable.
Operational Precision: Manage labor budgets, POS configurations, cash-handling procedures, and premium vendor relationships.
Visual Standards: Ensure the pristine presentation of our unique dining room, maintaining absolute care for our fine art, elegant tableware, and ambient lighting.
Create strong boundaries with all staff, and enhance teamwork within the front and back of house.
Supervision of chef and all FOH and BOH employees.
Experience: 5 + years of floor management experience in a fine dining or upscale, wine-forward restaurant.
Wine Knowledge: Strongly preferred Sommelier certification (CMS/WSET) or deep, demonstrable fluency in fine Italian and Napa Valley wines.
Systems: High proficiency with OpenTable, modern fine-dining POS systems, and inventory tracking tools.
Presence: Polished communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a natural ability to remain calm under pressure.
Compliance: Food Protection Manager Certification (ServSafe or equivalent) and valid California LEAD/RBS certification.
Schedule: Full flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to business demands.
