Restaurant Manager

Overview Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role in the restaurant industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an FOH Restaurant Manager. This position requires evening, weekend and holiday availability, this is a dinner restaurant only. Responsibilities As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant and deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the growth and success of our establishment. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of dedicated employees, and ensuring that our guests have an outstanding dining experience. Supervise and support our team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and buspersons in providing top-notch table service that aligns with our restaurant's service standards and specifications. Assist in maintaining the restaurant/bar area and equipment, enforcing company standards and procedures, and scheduling and staffing based on business needs. Your exceptional leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and maintaining a cohesive team. Identify and address training needs, contributing to the professional development of staff. Dedication to providing an excellent guest and employee experience to ensure guest and employee satisfaction and enhance our reputation. Are you the manager we\'re looking for? Excellent communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to make sound and quick decisions with good judgment. Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Basic computer skills for using software or tools relevant to the role.
