Our client is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant with 1-2 years of accounting experience to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and month-end close, while being part of a supportive and collaborative accounting department.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Assist with variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and completeness

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of accounting experience (internship or entry-level experience considered)
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting function
