Ideal candidates must have a degree in accounting and experience with the construction industry including working with Certified Payroll and GMP billing.ResponsibilitiesVerify and update contracts, purchase orders, and invoices into the ERP systemSchedule and process payments to vendors and subcontractorsReview and submit credit applicationsConduct reconciliationsEnsure GMP billing is followedResolve subcontractor invoice inquiresQualificationsEducation RequiredAssociate degree in Accounting or related field, Bachelor's preferredExperience RequiredExperience working in the construction industryExperience working with GMP contracts and interacting with vendorsProficient using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and OutlookPrior experience using an accounting system preferredAbility to work independently
