Level 2 Support
Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN

Pay: Up to $40/hr
Direct Hire

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for Level 2 Support to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for the provisioning, installing, configuring, and maintaining systems hardware and software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support clients in their day-to-day operations
Provide high level customer support with strong communication skills
Support infrastructure and participate in upgrades

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of professional experience
Experience troubleshooting system, application, hardware and networking issues
Exposure to Active Directory, Exchange, O365, and overall infrastructure issues
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand a business need
Assist clients with troubleshoot technical issues

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Professional certifications

TERMS:

This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $40/hr based on experience. They offer benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, and additional perks.
