The firm's practice focuses on the prosecution of complex employment and consumer class actions, including matters involving wage-and-hour violations, PAGA claims, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising. Job Details

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, New York, or Illinois
8+ years of civil litigation experience.
Strong experience managing all phases of litigation, including:
Written discovery and discovery strategy
Motion practice
Court appearances and oral advocacy
Taking and defending depositions
Case management and client interaction
Experience with employment litigation, wage-and-hour claims, class actions, collective actions, PAGA matters, or other complex litigation
