About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for its behavioral health services. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care, and safety, and will have executive oversight of the hospital's operations, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a transformational leader with a passion for the mission, a strong background in behavioral health or acute care, and a proven track record in senior leadership. The CEO will be instrumental in developing and maintaining relationships with community partners, and referral sources, and will lead the organization in advancing evidence-based treatment models and a culture of safety, quality, and ethical care. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a behavioral health, acute care, or managed care environment.
