Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced banking environment.Job DutiesOversee daily branch operations and ensure exceptional customer service. Supervise, coach, train, and develop branch employees. Monitor branch performance, deposits, sales goals, and operational results. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Assist clients with banking products and financial service solutions. Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, and company policies. Support employee training, performance management, and accountability. Participate in community outreach and local business development efforts.
