General Maintenance TechnicianCurrently, we have a full-time opportunity for a General Maintenance Technician to join our team! The general maintenance technician will maintain our properties by resolving daily work order requests from residents and call center staff, maintaining plumbing and/or electrical fixtures, performing paint and touch ups in resident units and buildings, and providing preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance throughout assigned areas by inspecting resident apartments, buildings and grounds as necessary.
