Transaction Advisory Manager

DOES THE M&A WORLD EXCITE YOU? Our client, a Top 10 Nat'l CPA Firm & "Best Places to Work" seeks public accting Senior or Manager with 2-3+ yrs exp in Transaction services practice to join their growing Dallas Transaction Svcs team! Candidates are expected to plan, perform, and manage buy-side advisory projects for TS clients. The candidates will have contact with the client and target company personnel at all levels, particularly the most senior people.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of combined experience in Assurance (Audit) and Transaction Services consulting in a CPA firm or related environment. Experience working on manufacturing and distribution clients and/or target companies is desired.

Prior transaction experience is required.

Accounting undergraduate degree required.

CPA required.

Must be willing to travel up to 35%.

Good client service experience required
