RN Supervisor Part Time |11p-7a | Every Other Weekend | $41/hour Job Summary: Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation, a premier healthcare provider in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our part-time team! As a RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures Supervise a team of licensed nurses and caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary care team Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and incident reports Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work varied shifts, including day, evening, and weekend shifts What We Offer: Competitive salary $41/hour Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Part-time schedule with flexibility and autonomy Opportunity to work with a dedicated and compassionate team #J-18808-Ljbffr
