Paul Mitchell The School Esani, located in Roswell, GA, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Bookkeeper.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary of $45,000 – $50,000/year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

In this role, you will begin your day by reconciling financial accounts and managing payables to ensure that all transactions are accurate and current. You will prepare deposits and proceed to complete journal entries and financial statements that support business decisions across multiple locations. Your responsibilities will also include generating operational reports, assisting leadership with reliable financial data, and playing an integral part in audit preparation. Your diligence will help maintain the financial integrity of our operations and support the continued success of our organization.

Experienced Bookkeeper Requirements:

• Experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role (not just payables or receivables)
• Solid understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting principles
• QuickBooks proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (lookups and pivot tables)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We are looking for a hands-on individual with experience in all areas of bookkeeping. Formal accounting degrees are not required! Candidates with practical experience, an accounting certificate, or a completed bookkeeping class are encouraged to apply.

The Experienced Bookkeeper position is a full-time role, scheduled Monday through Friday at our Roswell, GA campus. This predictable weekday schedule provides a consistent routine and work-life balance.
