Accounting Clerk
Our client in Roswell is hiring for the role of accounting clerk. This is a full-time, fully on-site position with a consistent 9-5 schedule and the opportunity to earn flex time based on performance. The role offers the chance to work in a small company environment, ideal for someone who values structure and close-knit teams. The ideal candidate enjoys detailed work such as coding transactions, reconciling accounts, and handling payroll and sales tax filings.
Responsibilities:
- Code checks and bank debits, ensuring accuracy across accounts.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
- File state, payroll, and sales tax returns in a timely manner.
- Provide responsive customer service when clients request documentation.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
