- 3-5 Years of Experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Preferably with a Construction Equipment Background.
- Must Have the Tools You Need to Do the Job; Your Hands Will Only Get You So Far.
- Experience with Performing Diagnostics and Repairs, Not Just Preventative Maintenance.
- Experience Using Diagnostic Software and Tools.
- High Quality Control. Respect Your Work and Make It Known.
