Speech Therapist

Lincoln Knolls Health & Rehab, LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Youngstown, OH. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide high-quality therapy services to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, helping them improve their communication and swallowing abilities. This position offers competitive compensation of $60.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing capabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to patients using evidence-based techniques and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in evaluating and treating speech and swallowing disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
