Our agency is looking for a part-time Patient Care Assistant to work varying shifts. Our Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) also work on a weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities :
- Inspect and monitor common facilities regularly for the safety and welfare of our residents.
- Transportation of residents to appointments, meetings and field trips will be required as needed, with use of a company vehicle.
- Light clerical duties.
- Prioritize and execute assigned tasks in a timely efficient manner.
- Observes video surveillance monitors regularly and reports unusual incidents.
- Assists residents as needed in all activities of daily living, including cooking, cleaning, grooming, laundry, etc.
- Assists the residents in the development of interpersonal and coping skills, including adapting to home and its rules and structure.
- Follow safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients, and other staff members.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
- Knowledge of Chemical Dependency preferred.
