Phlebotomist I Location: Youngstown, OH 7600 Southern Blvd Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM | Wednesday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | Friday Off Duration: 2.5 months HM is looking for candidate to have 1 to 2 years experience. Will be working alone in a GYN office TB vaccine req Job Summary We are seeking a Phlebotomist I to join a GYN office in Youngstown, OH. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience , strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. This position requires someone who is comfortable working alone and providing a positive patient experience in a clinical office setting. Key Responsibilities Perform routine venipuncture and blood specimen collection from patients. Follow proper procedures for patient identification, specimen collection, labeling, and handling . Provide professional and compassionate customer service to patients. Communicate effectively with patients and address questions or concerns professionally. Work independently and manage daily phlebotomy responsibilities in a GYN office setting . Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established laboratory, safety, and infection-control procedures. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to specimen collection. Follow all applicable company policies and laboratory procedures. Remain attentive to detail while performing patient-facing and specimen-related duties. Work effectively in a setting where the phlebotomist will be working alone . Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience Strong venipuncture and blood specimen collection skills Ability to work independently Strong customer service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Color vision is required Additional Information No conversion opportunity at this time.
