Nalley Brunswick is looking for a part-time experienced Automotive Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated, high-energy individual with a strong desire to succeed. Responsibilities:

• Process weekly warranty contracts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Reconcile monthly warranty financials for group
• Compile various financial reports for the CFO and dealer group on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with financial records as needed
• Reconcile group financials and compile group records for owners/CFO monthly

Qualifications:

• Excellent math knowledge
• The ability to use their own initiative

• The ability to work well with others
• Understanding of how to use common industry software
• 2+ years of finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the automotive industry
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of dealership accounting principles is a plus
• Experience with all aspects of business office duties
• Accounting degree or finance degree preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
• Professional appearance
• Clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check
