Assistant Registrar Job Type Full-time Clearance Tier 1 Public Trust Work Schedule Full Time, Onsite, Monday - Friday Role Overview The Assistant Registrar provides essential administrative support to the Registrar and regional campuses, ensuring the integrity of student records and academic recognition. General Skillset Experience with Microsoft Office Verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both collaboratively and individually Critical Thinking Skills OPSEC CUI Training Specific Skillset Provides comprehensive administrative and academic support to the registrar. Responsibilities include enrolling domestic and international military students, maintaining enrollment trackers, and processing disenrollments, enrollment extensions, waivers, and grade equivalencies.
