Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth clinical assessments of clients, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and personal interviews to inform the development of personalized treatment plans. Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each client. Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and state regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment efficacy and clinical skills. Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, offering guidance on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available community resources. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health care to continually elevate the quality of services provided. Patient Population / Client Focus We serve a diverse clientele who seek mental health support for a range of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. Compensation and Benefits Our compensation package offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
