Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional needs, employing a variety of tests and questionnaires. \n Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs, goals, and challenges, adjusting them as necessary based on progress and feedback. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches, in conducting one-on-one, family, and group therapy sessions. \n Track and document client progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while adjusting treatment methodologies as required. \n Provide immediate crisis intervention when needed, offering support and resources to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies. \n Maintain highly confidential records and case notes, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and professional ethical guidelines. \n Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, social workers, and peers to foster a collaborative approach to client care. \n Keep abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health treatments through continuous professional development. \n Participate in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practice guidelines. \n Maintain a strong commitment to ethical practice as prescribed by licensing boards and professional associations. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role focuses on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our practice emphasizes inclusivity and culturally competent care, ensuring that each client receives personalized support that is respectful of their background, identity, and life experiences.
