Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients, creating a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately, taking into account clients' histories and presenting concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with clients, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor client progress closely, providing regular evaluations and modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a cohesive support network for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment difficulties. You will also facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving strategies among families and couples. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
