Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Calm Seas Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for adult clients to understand their mental health needs.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans to facilitate clients' progress.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidates will work primarily with adult clients who may be navigating a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. You will utilize evidence-based approaches to support clients in managing their mental health and achieving their therapeutic goals, fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensing or license-eligible status as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Active registration with the relevant professional body and maintenance of appropriate professional liability insurance.

• Proven proficiency in administering mental health assessments, scoring, and report writing.

• A strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics, sound clinical judgment, and adaptive teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Calm Seas Therapy offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually for this full-time telehealth position, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package including:
