Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will undertake a variety of essential responsibilities, including:

• Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and formulate comprehensive treatment plans.

• Providing personalized one-on-one counseling sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions aimed at building community support, sharing experiences, and promoting psychoeducation among participants.

• Developing individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances, establishing clear goals and measurable outcomes to ensure their progress.

• Responding to crisis situations with immediate support, conducting comprehensive risk assessments, and implementing emergency intervention protocols as necessary.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health treatment by participating in continuous professional development and specialized training.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
