Liberty Healthcare & Youth Services is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a full-time remote position, based from our outpatient office located in Easton, Pennsylvania. This role offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus. As an LPC at our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing therapeutic support to our clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges while fostering a supportive and healing environment.

Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for significant flexibility in your working hours while supporting clients in an outpatient setting. We are committed to work-life balance, with office open hours extending from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. This flexibility enables you to create a schedule that accommodates your personal life while continuing to provide exceptional care. Everything from consultations to documentation can be managed online, ensuring that our counselors are equipped with all necessary tools within a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to clients' unique needs through extensive evaluations and assessments.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients, addressing their mental, emotional, and social health needs effectively.
• Maintain precise and current clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards as mandated by professional guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in workshops to remain up to date on the latest mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele you will be supporting includes a diverse range of individuals, each facing their unique challenges. Our clients comprise adults, adolescents, and families who may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or interpersonal issues. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Pennsylvania is mandatory.
• At least two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical context.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to establish rapport with diverse clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance use counseling will be considered a significant advantage.
• Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic client care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to facilitate efficient practice management.
